A: Do you want to go to the movies with me?

B: Yes, that sounds fun!

Luis likes making plans with his friends. On Fridays he finishes school early, so he often calls his best friend to invite him to do something. Sometimes they go to the movies, and sometimes they meet at a park to talk and relax. If someone is busy, they choose another day. Luis thinks weekends are great for simple plans with good friends.

Hi, it’s Anna. I want to make plans for this weekend. I’m free on Saturday afternoon, so I call my friend Mia. I invite her to watch a movie with me. She says she can’t because she is busy with her family. Then she says maybe Sunday is good. We decide to meet at a café and make a plan together.

Only mark this lesson as done if you can understand the key vocabulary, analyse the argument, and explain the main ideas without looking at the screen.
